A beautiful rustic dining set, the Derwent dining table and benches has authentic farmhouse style, that immediately creates a sense of rural charm in your home.

The wooden dining table and benches are one of our most popular dining sets, and we’ve recently updated the design to add more detail to the tabletop, complementing the rustic style of the cross beams that run between the table legs and bench legs.

Dining benches are a great seating option. Not only can more people fit around the table, but you can slide them underneath to create more space when not in use. The benches are the same length as the table you choose, to maximise the seating space on either side.

Finishes & Wax

Solid Rustic Timber

To make these rustic solid wood dining sets we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each TV stand is cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Nature’s own stamp of approval.

In this style, you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, bows and twists, along with sanding marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every dining table and benches will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. Placing your item close to a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features, particularly twists and bows.

Please note that all sizes and weights given are approximate. As we only use natural, solid timber, measurements can change slightly from one piece to another.

5 Fine Wax Finish Colours

To finish these rustic solid wood dining tables and benches we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. The available colours are:

When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Because you want the perfect colour for your home these finishes are available to purchase as small samples.

Assembly & Care

Some Assembly Needed

The Derwent dining benches are delivered fully assembled, but the dining table will require some assembly. The dining set will be delivered on a roadside pallet delivery. We recommend that two strong people are available to move the solid wood TV stands into your home.

Delivery & Returns

Turnaround & Delivery

As these solid wooden dining sets are handmade to order we do require some time for manufacturing. This will normally take 8-10 weeks. They will then be dispatched with a pallet delivery company. The courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date so please ensure to leave a contact number with your order. For queries about the pallet delivery service, please contact us

Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
