Handcrafted from our chunky, solid wood and made in our workshop in the North East of England, the Armstrong Collection, with its solid wood tops and black metal legs are a celebration of our area’s industrial heritage. Complete the look with the Armstrong Sideboard, Armstrong Wine Rack and Armstrong shelves.

This package includes the Armstrong Dining Table and two Armstrong Dining Benches.

Solid Rustic Timber

To make these solid wood dining tables and benches we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each table and benches are cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Nature’s own stamp of approval.

In this style you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows and twists, along with machine marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every dining table and benches will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. Please note that placing your item near to a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features.

5 Fine Wax Finish Colours

To finish these Armstrong dining table and benches we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. The available colours are:

When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Because you want the perfect colour for your home these finishes are available to purchase as small samples.

Assembly & Care

Quick & Easy Assembly

To make moving the dining table and benches easier, the table tops and bench tops are delivered separately to the metal legs. Assembly is really straightforward. For the Table:

1. Position the legs framework in place where you would like the table and benches to be in the room.
2. Place the table top on top of the frame, using the timber battens underneath as a guide.
3. Using the fixings provided fasten the screws into place, securing the top of the table to the legs.

For the benches, follow the same process of screwing the legs to the bench top, but you may find it easier to do this one with the bench upside down on the floor.

Delivery & Returns

Turnaround & Delivery

As these solid wood dining table and benches are handmade we do require some time for manufacturing. This will normally take 8-10 weeks. They will then be dispatched with a pallet delivery company. The courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date so please ensure to leave a contact number with your order.

The delivery will be a roadside pallet delivery so we recommend that two strong people are available to carry the item into the home. For queries about the pallet delivery service, please contact us at [email protected]

Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
